412. Albert Edward George Garth
BROTHERS IN TROUBLE.
Inspector M. T. Dowling prosecuting, Albert Edward George Garth and Leslie Garth, brothers, pleaded guilty to charges of having disturbed the peace by fighting in Brisbane St. on September 4. Leslie Garth, from the dock, said they were only "acting the fool." The Magistrate, in Imposing a fine of £2, with 10d 6s costs in each case, told the defendants they would find it cheaper to act the fool in their own backyard.
