Convicted at the Old Bailey on 2 April 1788 of stealing 2 lbs of tea, 7 loaves of refined sugar, 20 lbs of moist sugar, 3 lbs of rice and 1 lb of pepper. Arrived on the Surprise (2nd Fleet),
