MRS. JANE PRICE
Mrs Jane Price, widow of Mr Edward Price, formerly of Gunnedah, died at the residence of her daughter, Miss Frances Price, North Street, . Penrith on Sunday morning, at the age of 81 years, after an Illness of about six months. Deceased was born at Branxton, and was married at Narrabri. Her husband, who died about nine years ago, was a native of Richmond and was a brother of Mr Walter Price, of Penrith. Mr and Mrs Edward Price were for years on the land in the Gunnedah and Walgett districts. About twelve months ago deceased came to Penrith, and had been residing since with her daughter in North Street, She leaves four daughters and a son: Mrs J Manton (Coogee), Mr Edwin Price (Gunnedah), Mrs R. Voller (Carinda, via Coonamble), Mrs F. Silver (Boggabri), and Mss Prances Price (Penrith) She also leaves a sister and brother Mrs K. Launt (Haberfield) and Mr David Pebbles (Singleton). The funeral took place on Monday, the interment being in the Catholic portion of Penrith general cemetery Rev. Father Gallagher conducted the last rites, and spoke highly of deceased.
