350. Horace Henry Mansell
There are many in Bathurst who will learn t»ith pleasure that Mr. Horace Mansell, who so ably filled the editor's chair in the office of our contemporary, and who some little time ago left Bathurst to join the Sydney 'Telegraph' staff, has been promoted to the senior literary staff in that office. This is a good record for a three months' service.
