14. Thomas Howell
A very old, Parramatta identity passed away on Monday morning, in the person of Mr: Thomas Howell of Darby street Parramatta. The deceased gentleman who was no doubt -well-known to most of our readers bad been ill for over a year and gradually sank so that the end on Monday was not altogether unexpected. In fact it seemed a happy release to the old gentleman from his sufferings. The deceased was one of the oldest members of tbe Evening Star Lodge of Good Templars and was for many years a prominent member of Prince Alfred Division S and D of T. and the 'Duke of. Edinburgh, L.O.B.S. Among the many .wreaths was one of striking design from the Britannia Cricket Club.
