MRS. MARCELLA RUE.
The news of the death of Mrs. Marcella Rue, wife of Mr. Charles Rue, of Chaucer, near Canowindra; was received with unfeigned regret. She was the youngest daughter of the late Mrs. Thomas Egan, of Lyndhurst. The sad event took place on the morning of Sunday, September 29th. She had been suffering from an attack of influenza, but was able to leave her bed on the morning of her death, when she suddenly collapsed. The immediate cause of death was heart failure. She leaves a husband and eight-young children (the eldest of whom is only fifteen, and the youngest an infant to mourn their sad loss. Deceased was only 43 years of age. On Monday the remains were interred in the Catholic portion of the Canowindra cemetery, the Rev. P. J. Doran officiating.— R.I.P.

MR. C. RUE
The death occurred at Canowlndra of Mr. Charles Rue, aged 76 years, a leading landholder and farmer. Mr. Rue was an outstanding blade shearer in his youth, and by hard work and perseverance he became the largest wheat farmer in the district. He is credited with having grown the largest amount of wheat in Canowindra. He frequently harvested more than 2000 acres in a season. He leaves four sons and four daughters.
