235. Rosa Hannah Cornwell
We are very sorry to have to announce the death of Mrs Rosa Hannah Jones, the wife of Mr Ernest Jones, of Messrs Dalton Brothers, Orange. She had to undergo a very grave operation last Sun day for a serious internal complaint, and although she rallied for a few days she sank and died from exhaustion on Satur day night. She had been in a weak condition for months, and the shock of the operation was too great for her to withstand. She leaves a sorrowing husband and two daughters and son to mourn the loss which has be fallen them by the death of a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Jones was a daughter of an old Hawkesbury family, Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Cornwell, and married her husband in Bathurst, where he is well known and esteemed as in Orange. Mrs. Jones was 48 years of age.
