746. Clarice Nation Stanton

Death of Mrs. D. Broadbent
Mrs Clarice Nation Broadbent, wife of Mr David Broadbent, May 18 of Lambridge died in Nepean District Hospital on Friday at the age of 54 years, after an illness of about two years. Mrs Broadbent was the daughter of the late. Mr and Mrs Josiah Stanton, of Penrith. She was a native of Penrith, and had lived in the district all her life, enjoying the high esteem of a large number of friends, as does the bereaved husband. ' She leaves a son (Reginald Stanton), a sister (Mrs O. T.Egglns, Cranebrook), and two brothers (Mr L, J. Stanton and Mr W. J. Stanton, both of Lambridge), The funeral, on Saturday, was well attended. The interment was in the Methodist cemetery, Castlereagh Rev. P. H. Curtis conducting the service. A large number of wreaths were forwarded.
