119. Walter Norman Riley
RILEY v RILEY.
A decree nisi, returnable in six months, was granted in the suit of Walter Norman Riley, who sought a divorce from Ivy Kathleen Roper Riley (formerly Smith), on the ground of desertion, by reason of non-compliance with an order of the Court for the restitution of conjugal rights. The parties were married in August, 1910, at Sydney, according to the rites of the Church of England. Mr. W. B. Simpson (instructed by Mr. C. R. Penny) appeared for the petitioner.
