BENJAMIN GOSPER
Another widely known and esteemed district resident, Mr. Benjamin John Gosper, of Richmond and formerly of Upper Colo, passed away on August 31, at the age of 72 years. In addition to his wife, one son, Cyril (Richmond), and one daughter, Elma (Mrs. C. Winley, Windsor), he is survived by a sister, Mrs. H. Phipps (Windsor), and two brothers, Wilfred ("Bill"), of Richmond, and Gordon ("Jim"), of Kaboolture, Queensland. There was a large and reresentative attendance at the funeral on September 2, which moved from St. Peter's Church to the Church of England cemetery, Richmond, where the interment was conducted.
