MRS. JANE GOSPER
AFTER a lengthy illness, during the past 12 months of which she was practically confined to her bed, the death took place at Upper Colo on Sunday of Mrs. Jane Gosper, a well-known and highly respected resident of that locality, at the age of 52 years. A native of Wilberforce, the deceased was a Miss Armstrong before her marriage at Kurrajong about 25 years ago to Mr.. Albert Gosper, of Upper Colo. Besides the sorrowing husband, she leaves a son (Cecil) and a daughter ('Vera), to whom we extend deep sympathy. The late Mrs. Gosper was a, good, Christian woman, and her generosity was well-known throughout the Upper Colo settlement. The funeral took place on Mon day, the remains being laid to rest in the little Church of England cemetery a short distance away from the deceased's home. Arrangements for the burial were carried out lay Mr Chandler, and the Rev. F. H. B. Dillon officiated at the graveside.
